Deutschland ist hier Vorreiter. 1974 tauchten in Westdeutschland erstmals separate Beh\u00e4lter zum Sammeln von Glas auf, vier Jahre sp\u00e4ter begann man mit der Einf\u00fchrung eines Mehrkammersystems. 1990 wurde in Deutschland bundesweit die getrennte Abfallsammlung eingef\u00fchrt. Sp\u00e4ter wurde es in anderen L\u00e4ndern Westeuropas angewendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Land befindet sich noch in der Anfangsphase des Systems der umweltgerechten Abfallwirtschaft. Wie Deutschland von den ersten Pilotprojekten zu einer modernen Abfallwirtschaft unter dem Motto &#8222;Der beste Abfall &#8211; der, den es nicht gibt&#8220; geworden ist, erz\u00e4hlten wir bei dem Seminar an, das am 28. September um 15:00 Uhr in der Nekrassow-Bibliothek der Region Jaroslawl, Ul. Swerdlowa, 25B&#038; stattfand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Seminar nahm Arndt Reiss (Deutschland) teil, der am Beispiel seiner Heimatstadt erz\u00e4hlte, mit welchen Problemen die Bev\u00f6lkerung konfrontiert
